Hey there, I’m Jen Barker (aka Jen the Ginger), the gal behind Ginger Fit & Healthy. I am a certified holistic health coach, ultra runner, lover of adventures, who wants to live a happy healthy life and help you do the same!
A little about me: I’m a Southern girl living in Boston (about to move to San Antonio, though) with my amazing boyfriend, Ken. I love a good craft beer, going out with friends, and being the life of the party. However, I’ve found that all this is much more fun when done after a hard workout or long run and after a delicious, healthy, meal consisting of real food. I am 30 years old and on a mission to live a healthy, long, and active life.
Just want to share my fitness journey, as well as other health and wellness info and hope to help others find their fitness passions, push their limits, strengthen themselves in and out, and to live – really live their lives.
